What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard LiFePO4 cells, our MOQ is just 4 cells (one box). For DIY kits and accessories, there's no minimum — you can order a single unit. For OEM/ODM custom projects, MOQ depends on complexity but typically starts at 100 units.
Do you ship to all EU countries?
Yes! We ship from our EU warehouse in Germany or Poland to all 27 EU member states. Standard delivery is 3-7 business days. All shipments are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — no customs fees or surprises.
What certifications do your products have?
All our LiFePO4 cells are CE certified and come with UN38.3 transport certification. Complete battery packs also carry IEC certification. We provide documentation for customs clearance and product compliance upon request.
Can I get a custom battery pack designed?
Absolutely! Our OEM/ODM team can design custom battery packs for e-mobility, solar storage, marine, and industrial applications. We handle everything from cell selection to BMS programming and enclosure design. Contact us for a free consultation.
What warranty do you offer?
All products come with a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Complete battery packs have a 5-year warranty. For OEM/custom projects, warranty terms are negotiated per project.
